The 4th AAGBS International Conference on Business Management (AICoBM 2024) has successfully concluded, marking another meaningful milestone in advancing academic excellence, research collaboration, and innovation in business management.

AICoBM 2024 was honored to feature distinguished keynote speakers who shared valuable insights on leadership, collaboration, innovation, and navigating uncertainty in today’s dynamic business environment. Tan Sri Bashir Ahmad Abdul Majid, Chairman of Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRT Corp), Malaysia, delivered an impactful keynote titled “Navigating Uncertainty: Strategies for Thriving in the Dynamic Business Landscape.” Professor Rick Delbridge, Professor of Organizational Analysis at Cardiff Business School, United Kingdom, and Board Director of the Social Science Research Park (SPARK), presented an insightful session on “Developing Collaboration and Innovation: The Case of Social Science Research Park (SPARK).” Meanwhile, Dato’ Sri Dr. Hj Irmohizam Ibrahim, Group Managing Director of World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur and Board Director of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), concluded the conference with an inspiring keynote entitled “Best Strategies for Leading Through Uncertainty.”

We were also privileged to welcome special delegates and representatives from Yamaguchi University, Chiang Mai University (School of Business), Institut Teknologi Bandung (School of Business & Management), and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. Their participation contributed significantly to the international engagement and collaborative spirit of AICoBM 2024.
