About The Conference

Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School International Conference on Business Management 2021 (AiCoBM 2021) aims to virtually bring together scholars, professionals and postgraduate students from the business and management field in order to share their thoughts relating to the business and management area. With the theme ‘Advancing Business Knowledge Towards a Sustainable Future: Harmonizing Academic & Applied Practices’, the conference would enable the participants to engage in thought-provoking discussions on their research amongst fellow students, speakers and renowned academic experts. In addition, the conference would expose the participants with the current ideas, theories and methodologies in their research areas. It is also hoped that the conference would carve an opportunity for researchers, academic experts, and students, to foster close relationships and strong research partnerships ahead.

In order to have the view from the academician and those from the business and management field, Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam is organizing a proactive learning experience through International Conference on Business Management (AiCoBM 2021). This conference provides scholars, professionals and postgraduate students from the business and management field, the opportunity to present, share and discuss their discoveries from various perspectives. All theoretical, empirical and practical papers shall be shared throughout the conference.

The forthcoming 2021 AAGBS International Conference on Business Management (AiCoBM 2021) is organised by Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS) of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, Malaysia from 5-6th October, 2021. The tradition started in 2014 when the first Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School International Conference on Business Management 2014 (AiCoBM 2014) which was held in Penang.

Business and management are seen as the core areas in economic sectors where dynamism persists. Companies that generally innovate and have new platform in enhancing their business activities and management practices within a highly competitive era of globalization would have adopted some economic related tools and strategies. We believe that there is a need to merge and harmonize those related theories and practices where academics work alongside with the industry players in order to add value to the many intellectual discourse which this conference seeks to achieve. We also believe with the conference objectives, participants can be exposed with the current ideas, theories and methodologies in their research areas.
